Plan to attend the RGD Ontario Annual Meeting on Thursday April 26, 2012 starting at 6:30 PM for the following purposes:

• To receive the audited financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2011
• To appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration
• To review RGD Ontario's Committee work over the last year
• To ratify Amendment No. 21 of the General By-law and By-law No. 9
• To elect seven (7) Directors
